Manufacturing process for this product range is sophisticated and handmade.

It is known that at the macro and micro levels vibrations affect all components in any audio system.

Audio cables are not immune to harmful vibrations.

Because of the length and positioning of cables they are actually most affected by vibration.

To protect audio cables against these vibrations they are wrapped in a sheath of low density foam rubber - one of the best known protector against macro and micro vibration.

Thus all Megaptera audio cables from the Reference Series are practically without vibrations.

Following this process results a cable with neutrality, transparency and very low noise.

The sound it gives is beautifully clean and rhythmic with great definition and depth with a sweet but detailed clarity and truly high end refinement and class

We manufacture cable using only two types of conductors OFC copper and silver, so we can offer three types of cables: copper, silver, and hybrid (mixture of copper and silver conductors)

Additionally to being a very “fast” cable (low propagation delay) it also extends undetectably down though the mid range to effortlessly provide a full bass response without any ‘pinching’ of power or low end delay. Mechanical damping is incorporated in the cable so as to dissipate any vibration or mechanical transmission between the loudspeaker and amplifier unit. A further step to reduce disturbance is the twist in the cable, which is optimised to reject any radiated interference without compromise to the cables’ electrical performance.
